This blog is especially for new bloggers who are having issues getting their blogs off the ground or are having trouble building their list. Come to think of it every bloggers is having some kind of problem building the list.
Well lets start at the beginning. Are you using Word Press ( and specifically word press.org)? You should be. A Word Press website is owned and controlled by you. That’s important. The question becomes how do you set one up. The answer is to follow the link below and follow the easy video steps for free and your word press site will be up and running. What if you have problems? Don’t worry! Just open two windows in your browser. One has the free videos and the other has your under construction site. Watch and pause the video whenever you need to and go back and forth. That’s how I did mine.
Once you get word press up you’ll need plugins to enhance it. I recommend Pretty link, Akismet( to keep the spammers away) and commentluv.
Commentluv allows people to come to your site and leave links back to their favorite posts. You can go the their sites and do the same thing if they have commentluv as well. Through comments your website will start to grow. Don’t forget to keep adding fresh content. Your growth will stop without fresh content. Ms. Ileane of http://www.basicblogtips.com has an excellent example of a full blown , interactive commentluv site. By the way she has a list of other comment luv sites that she’s willing to share.
If you’re reading this post on IBO leave comments there too; but remember to go to the personal sites of the blog poster as well. Mention commentluv to them when you comment on their sites and before you know, they will be using commentluv too.
